Willow Tree Farms is a small family farm in Ringgold, GA that after years of hosting private family events, began opening its doors for the community to enjoy in 2020. Each private event hosted with us helps us take care of our animals and the property as well as goes back into public community events we host to help raise money for different non-profits in town throughout the year.

We welcome small parties, corporate meetings, and baby showers just as much as we welcome weddings, celebrations of life, and large corporate fundraisers, concerts, and more. Our indoor/outdoor pavilion space seats up to 75 guests but can be expanded to accommodate larger events through the use of tents on our 110 acres of outdoor space.

Available Packages / Pricing:

• Small Weekday Party Package: $500  (5 hours, less than 40 guests, Mon - thu)
• Small Weekend Party Package: $750   (5 hours, less than 40 guests, Fri - Sun)
• Large Party Package: $1,000    (5 hours, over 40 guests, any day of the week)
• Full-Day Rental: $2,500 (8 am to midnight)
• Two-Day Rental: $3,500 (8 am to midnight with the ability to leave things overnight)
• Photoshoot Pass: $25 per two hours (use of our outdoor amenities only, with fountains on for photos when larger events are not occurring)

Each Event Booking Comes With:

• Our pavilion has adjustable roll-up walls that can be fully customized panel-by-panel
• Tables and Chairs provided, cleaned, and arranged before your arrival (25 6ft folding tables & 120 chairs on site)
• A modern kitchen with a serving bar out into the pavilion space
• Sound System (plug and play, no DJ required, with adaptors for Apple and Android products)
• Wi-Fi
• Smart TV you can cast to from any smart device or laptop
• Large Ice Machine
• Two Restrooms with Showers
• 30 benches that our staff can place around the property wherever you like
• Two large fields with RV hookups (capable of accommodating inflatables, food trucks, stages, tents, yard games, and more!)
• Several gazebos, multiple fountains, and a 40ft bridge that light up at night
• Fishing for Catfish and Bass in 4 large ponds
• Viewing of our aviary and other animals like llamas, goats, mini ponies, cattle, horses, and donkeys.
• Easy online contracts and billing through HoneyBook
• The ability to add multiple team members to your Client Portal to help you plan or review documents
• Unlimited planning visits to the farm with your vendors or planning team
• 24/7 email support from our event coordinator 
• Our Vendor List boasts exclusively small local businesses (non-exclusive) with easy-to-click links to visit each vendor's website / social media, to make the selection process quick and easy.
• Table layout diagrams and lots of other helpful planning advice if needed

With add-ons available such as:

• Propane firepit that seats up to 50 guests ($25/hour)
• Use of our Barn ($500 flat rate / not time-based) (perfect for petting zoos or an extra indoor activity space!)
• Llamas brought out for two hours for petting and pictures ($250 for 2 llamas)
• Big Orange Trolley pulled by a Tractor around the farm for hay rides ($100/hour)
