Assists the Lead Tech in performing cleaning duties, such as cleaning carpets, hard floors, cushioned furniture, and area rugs. Duties include cleaning and maintaining of cleaning equipment and company vehicles.
Essential Job Functions:
Performing physical activities like cleaning carpets, floors, area rugs and cushioned furniture. Cleaning and maintaining equipment. Dispose of trash or waste materials. Moving furniture. Remove debris from work sites.
Communicating with customers, supervisors, peers, or subordinates
Confer with coworkers to coordinate maintenance or cleaning activities
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
Notify Lead Tech concerning the need for major repairs or additions to equipment.
Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks or furniture sliders.
Education/Experience:
Short-term on-the-job training
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 75 lbs (weight of largest piece of equipment)
Most job duties are performed in the business offices / field.

Work Schedule:
Determined by Branch Manager and/or Lead Tech. Part time hourly scheduled workweek determined by availability and workload; may include weekends. Overtime may be required.
