We are a fast growing emergency restoration business in Chattanooga that is looking for a goal oriented individual with strong motivation and leadership skills. The Production Manager position requires that you are reliable, prompt, work well under pressure, and can prioritize duties while motivating a team of individuals. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
Proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up
Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation and provide excellent customer service to clients
Assist in hiring, recruiting and leading a team of water removal technicians to respond to new projects
Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times
Maintain a clean driving record and valid license at all times
Ability to respond to the emergency calls, and be flexible with work hours
Job Requirements:
Restoration and construction experience preferred, but not required
Proficient within the MICA water mitigation software as well as Xactimate estimating experience
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Management experience a plus and preferred
