Since 1995 I have been providing nutrition therapy, assessment and recommendations for healthy eating for individuals and their family. There is such mis information about foods and nutrition today. My passion is taking complicated science based information and making it simple for my clients to understand. There is not one diet that fits every body. I use a mindfulness based intuitive style of work with my clients who range from 8 to 80.
