I have 3yrs experience working with a certified appraiser, which has given me insight into how appraisers & lenders will value your home. I consider myself a great negotiator, & always represent my client's best interest to the fullest. I also specialize in marketing(social media) for listings, making sure your home shows well, and is seen by those most likely to purchase it.
