Asa Engineering and Consulting, Inc. [Ay-Sah] is a Chattanooga based, woman-owned, small business that delivers land surveying, civil engineering design, landscape architecture design, environmental consulting, and construction inspection/management services to public and private Clients throughout southeast Tennessee and northwest Georgia.

Asa’s guiding principles are rooted in the delivery of quality and responsive services, on-time, on-budget, and without drama.  We accomplish this by first understanding our Client’s project goals and constraints; recognizing whether the scope-of-work aligns with our core service capabilities; and affirming that we can deliver the project objectives within the Client’s schedule and budget.  Only then do we agree to take on a project.

Our owning partners are full-time engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, environmental professionals and construction management professionals.  We don't have outside interests or shareholders.  We are motivated by the love of our work, commitment to our work family, and the legacy we leave behind for future owners and staff.
