I'm doing what I love and I hope it shows! After graduating from The Art Institute of Atlanta School of Culinary Arts I returned to Chattanooga for a degree in Hospitality Management. 

In 2009 I opened Meals By Mindy, Your Personal Chef Service and worked with numerous clients providing meals ready for reheat prepared directly in their homes. After three years of lugging groceries, cookware and gadgets from home to home I decided it was time to let the people come to me! 

Through the CoLab business planning course the idea of Mindy B's Deli was born. It took a solid year of planning, hunting, begging, borrowing and stealing (ok I made that last one up) to get it off the ground and here I am today serving awesome sandwiches to you!

Mindy B's sets itself apart from the crowd by roasting our own turkey & beef, making all of our deli case salads & desserts in house and having a great time doing it! We have a small dining room, offer online ordering for pick up or delivery & love catering! We might give you a hard time but we feed you so it works out.
